The Association’s fiscal year shall be from April 1 of each year to the last day of March of the following year. For international members, the membership renewal month shall be from December of each year to the end of January of the following year. Please renew during the renewal period to avoid revocation of membership. Renewal after expiration requires a separate administrative fee (5,500 yen). If a former member wishes to rejoin the Association, a rejoining fee is needed, and rejoining as a regular member is subject to screening. The rejoining price is 20,000 yen. (The fee is paid in a lump sum with the monthly annual dues of 1,250 yen, so if you rejoin in April, you will need to pay 35,000 yen.)
